Pro 3 fell from couch, face buttons flew right off
I know people have been concerned about how well the magnetic face buttons in the pro 3 would be at staying in and it just happened to me. Fell off the arm rest of my couch and the buttons all popped off and were found about a foot from the controller. Thankfully no damage to the buttons or the cont

Ultimate 2C sticks are rough and getting stuck
the 2C is actually not very good quality, I love other 8bitdo stuff like the pro 3 but the 2C is cheaply made because it's priced so low

Feedback on the 8BitDo Pro 3 D-pad
The Pro 3 has the same clicky dpad has the Ultimate C. The Pro 3 dpad is a downgrade from the great Pro 2 dpad. You have to be very deliberate to do shoryukens on the Pro 3 and accuracy is much worse than Pro 2. Pro 3 dpad is too stiff, too clicky, false diagonals, lack of pivot, and fatiguing. It's

I don’t understand the debate over the price for the Steam controller
Eh, wouldn't say that his statement is untrue either. It depends on the specific controller and the games you play. I've had 3 8bitdo controllers over the years: sn30 pro (1st version which looked more like a snes controller), pro 2 wired controller and pro 3 in gamecube colorway. Sn30 pro has VERY

does anyone know if the 8bitdo lite se 2.4g for xbox will work with the steam deck or not? sorry im not familiar with controllers stuff
huh I have 7 8bitdo controllers and 1 keyboard. only problems I had was the pro3 buttons cracking (which is a known issue) and the 2 oldest ones having their analog stick tops crumbling, easy fix with stick covers. connection wise never had any issues with any of them

Wha is the biggest difference between these two controllers?
I purchased the new 8bitdo pro 3 and seems like a great controller, but I just cannot get the software… I've tried plugging in to my phone, my iPad and my Mac and the software just won't recognize the controller… Is there something I'm doing wrong? I've tried putting in in all three settings.

PlayStation controller vs Xbox controller?
if you are used to the xbox layout and plays on pc, there's literally zero reasons to switch 1st: there are way better options of controllers for pc that are not official xbox and playstation controllers 2nd: the playstation layout is basically dying, only sony uses it and for pc there's one or two

Controller input not recognized
What hardware and OS are you using? If you are on Steam OS, are you launching in Desktop/Big Picture Mode or Game Mode? Which version of the Pro controller are you using? Normally the Pro version wouldn't matter, but Pro 3 seems to have more issues than others, but that could have been ironed out in

8bitdo Pro 3, Playstation colouring
The 8BitDo Pro design and layout (aside having different letters than the classic PS ones) is the same as the DS PS4/5 controllers.. the only big difference i'd say is the DualSense does feel a bit higher quality (at least from my 8bitdo Pro 2) and the mechanical triggers (especially with PS titles
