My Pro 3 Green button disintegrated
Recently got a Pro 3, which is my first 8BitDo controller. I absolutely love it, but like a few people on here already know, the green "A" button just disintegrated out of nowhere.
I already reached out to 8BitDo for a replacement and have the button with the printed A on temporarily. Just intere

The Steam Controller Is Great!
Hard disagree. Xbone controller mid. I couldn’t fathom that they didn’t even have gyro sensors in them. I literally returned an Elite controller after like 2 weeks because of how much it just sucked. The Dualsense controller is better in almost every way. My new favorite controller is the 8bitdo Pro

Why are my controllers doing this?? Switch
Stick drift unfortunately. I’d recommend getting a 3rd party controller with Hall effect or TMR joy sticks since those are a lot less susceptible to getting drift. I personally use an 8bitdo pro 3 it has TMR sticks (better than Hall effect) it comes with a charging dock swappable face buttons and a

Pro 3 full button replacement
Yes, I've done exactly this. I swapped my Pro 3 to original SNES buttons from an OEM controller. And, in the process, I also put in a spare Pro 2 membrane purchased from 8BitDo. Overall, I'm quite happy with the result: I prefer unlabeled buttons for controllers I use on a variety of platforms. I pr

What controller on Amazon can I get that will work with PCSX2? (Reading reviews it seems like quite a few don't work or dont work well with PCSX2)
I use the 8bitdo pro2, it's fantastic. The pro3 would probably work since it's a very similar design.

Pro 3 Buttons Breaking?
...because the Pro3 comes with two pairs of face buttons. One normal with lettering, the other set is SNES-inspired. They are all original buttons made by 8bitdo. 8bitdo fucks up, every company does, look at the Ultimate 2's trigger issues, you should not have to open the controller up and reglue th

Pro 2 joystick - alternative replacement caps?
My Pro2 did too. I think it just due to normal wear and tear. I used a thumbgrip on it Day1 and after a long time of heavy usage it just broke off. The only replacement I see that fit is the actual analog stick replacements on the 8bitdo website. I tried fitting the dualshock 4 and dualsense sticks

Steam Controller overpriced? Yeah nah.
I have a nice collection of 8bitdo so I agree with you there, however their Pro3 range is something like AUD$120. The Steam Controller is in the same ballpark.
