Pro 3

I recently bought an 8BitDo Pro 3 and that thing is so freaking good. TMR sticks, a bunch of extra buttons, multiple profiles, swappable ABXY buttons, a nice dock. And all that for just 60€.

Plays great. I use amethyst Launcher to play Java personally and switch to bedrock with the official depending on who wants to play. I never had much of a problem with the joystick placement but I grew up on ps2/3 so the placement feels right i even got the 8bitdo pro 3 controller for the Playstatio

No, DualSense are known to start drifting which (to me) is unacceptable at this price point. I would suggest an 8bitdo with hall sensor or TMR joysticks (e.g. the Pro2 or the Pro3). They also work perfectly on Linux, both wired and via Bluetooth.Only downside is that they do not come with Playstatio

My Pro2 did too. I think it just due to normal wear and tear. I used a thumbgrip on it Day1 and after a long time of heavy usage it just broke off. The only replacement I see that fit is the actual analog stick replacements on the 8bitdo website. I tried fitting the dualshock 4 and dualsense sticks

8bitdo Pro 3 here (playstation kid) Can be had at ridiculous prices, i paid like 35 bucks with a charging dock and wireless reciever. Hall effect triggers with vibration settings and magnetic analogue sticks. So smooth.
