I use a 2024 Acer nitro V, i5 13th gen and rtx 4050, 24 GB RAM. Live2d works perfectly with no lag even with multiple high res outfits. It cost ~800 USD in 2024 but now with AI RAM shortage something similar will probably be more expensive.

I bought an acer nitro v for a bit over $600 USD. The great thing about it is it has two graphics processors, one is a RTX5050 Mobile and the processor also has integrated graphics.
