Xbox Ally on the plane might be one of the best console experiences ever. I will never regret this purchase.
I read in another thread people use the Anker 737 powerbank for portable charging, so I ordered one and can confirm its a great tool to have in case a plane isn’t equipped with AC power… from what I understand this one has wattage or power that is very adequate for Xbox Ally performance and battery

Are they legit going to get 130w powerbank
Get an Anker PowerCore 737 powerbank. It costs around 40k but it works like a charm. Using it without any complaints whatsoever.

Powerbank
I use Anker PowerCore 737. It charges my iPad M1, smartphones and even laptop. Bought it two years ago and didn't have any problems with it. It doesn't have a built-in cable but they have other versions with a built-in cable.
