I have to agree with this. It’s actually weird considering onexplayer (parent company of aokzoe) makes great handheld like the F1 Pro but missed the mark for me here. Oh well, I’m sure for the right person, this product makes sense.

None of the emails worked. I'm super disappointed in the AOKZOE, I really like the handheld but the customer support hasn't been great so far. Hopefully they're able to sell trigger replacement parts since that's one of the main issues with the device A1x.

Maybe I misunderstood your post, if you're looking for a new setup then hx370+ oculink is the best in terms of raw performance, currently only Aokzoe a1x has the best specs, 8inch VRR 73wh 32gb(can enable 8000mt/s) However, a1x itself isn't a great handheld, there are many experience related issues

I did email to aokzoe to ask them to aware on this issue, hopeful they will fix, but don't put big hope until fse officially release and only when more user starting to complain, I have tried handheld companion, 2 years a go it works great, but the latest version I find so buggy, I have it uninstall
