Tinnitus and work calls. Need headphone advise

I got tinnitus after a terrible middle- and inner-ear infection 1.5 year ago. It is in my right ear I think 24/7, but intensifies when I use my headphones at work. I use Airpods Pro and I know that's a terrible choice for tinnitus.
