When i track with muse s and AWU2, apple reports a good night but muse reports very little to non deep sleep. ymmv

I have a Fenix 7 and an Apple Watch Ultra 2 and tried both. I’m an older endurance athlete and am using Bevel with longevity in mind. I have found that the sleep and recovery data in Garmin is pretty inaccurate for me and with longevity and recovery being important I decided to use the Apple Watch.

Coming from an Apple Watch Ultra 2 (and being a narcoleptic that does sleep scans and checkups every 3 months) it's decent. Not the most precise out there, misses a lot of my many awakenings but as a general sleep tracker - it's nice :)
