Thoughts on upgrading from Zephyrus G16 4080 to ProArt 16 5080
Thanks for describing your opinion. About comparations, mb I describe a little overload or not fully correct... Long description short: now I have G16 2024 4080 which I bought for 3470€ (aprox can sell for ~2750€) and ProArt which I describe 3800€ (this ProArt with 5080, because 5090 cost much more)

ngl i traveled all through college with a gaming laptop and it got old fast. the g16 this year has good battery but you're right - nothing on windows matches mbp efficiency for unplugged work. for cad and blender on the go, look at the ASUS Zephyrus G14 2024 with 32gb ram instead of the g16. smaller

Reason not to get 2025 model?

My 2024 ROG Zephyrus G16 is actually built really well. You can still get high-quality. You just have to pay a very, very large premium for it.
