Someone else already set up a list of excellent parts (look for the guy with the table) that I would 100% endorse. Maybe keep the corsair power supply. Your base build is excellent though. My suggestion is to dump the gaming headset though. They are, as a general rule, trash. Instead get a nice set

Have you ever tried Panasonic HT030 headphones?
Buy some, and let us know. At first glance, they look flimsy and probably don't provide any isolation. My best field cans are Audio-Technica ATH-M40X.
