My pride and joy

This is exactly why LC are worth every penny, how many items in a kitchen still look this good after 40+ years, I’m still using my Grandmother’s Bamix from the 1970’s (doesn’t look as good as your pans) happy cooking 🇬🇧

Whats something you brought that has cost "nothing" based on how much you use it.

Mine is my grandmothers kenwood chef from the very early 80s (purchased to make my parents wedding cake), aside from a preventative service when we moved, it’s still going strong with regular use. We also have her bamix from the same era, serviced at the same time. We use it constantly, it’s just so

Best pre-made spaghetti sauce with no chunks?

Ah. I have several high quality Bamix hand blenders. Got them at thrift stores for like $5.

What is something old you own that still works perfectly?

I have a Bamix one that was a wedding present in 1988 - it's still better than most I've seen in shops now. The uncle who gave it to me died 25 years ago but I still think of him every time I use it. 🙂

Bamix's are such a good brand. Those stick blenders from the old days are also super powered I find. They've got a bit of weight to them and they just power through the job- doesn't feel like it's about to crap out on you after give minutes(like so.e of the one you can buy today).
