Help needed! Upgrade time
I don't know about starter grinders, sorry. I can just confidently advise to stay clear of Baratza Sette 270. New Sette 30 or Used Sette 270 [$230]
My daughter has the sette 270 paired with a Rocket Apartmento. The 270 does its job well, but super loud, with a plastic gearbox that will go out eventually. I’d say she makes 1 or 2 espresso per day and hers died around 3 years. .To be fair, baratza technical support was great, they sent a new gear

Baratza ESP Pro vs. Sette 270 [$500]
