Beats Flex work great for me. They have a wire that connects earbuds to each other, but are still Bluetooth. Easy to ride with one ear in and one out, easy to take off on the lift.

I got those Beats Flex earbuds (they’re Bluetooth but connected together by a wire) and I strap those into the back of my helmet like my goggles and I have found that those are the single best way to listen to music when I ride.
