Which is the better buy for 24/7 home server?
Definitely do not go for Aoostar or lesser quality brands. If your main worry is 24/7 reliability, I’d stop thinking in terms of “which one box is perfect?” and start thinking in terms of nodes in a cluster. The Beelink SER5 Max gives you a stronger iGPU and more RAM out of the box (6800H + 32 GB DD

Custom arcade cab advice?
In that case, go for what another commenter suggested and go with a Atgames Legends Ultimate running a PC via OTG. That will allow you to play modern games like SF6 and Mortal Kombat 11. It will be the easiest and most cost effective set up for you. Not a mind blowing level of build quality, yet sti

Why I Bought a Pre-Built PC Instead of DIY (And You Might Want To Too)
Been building PCs since 2003. I just setup a Beelink Ser5 Max 6800U for my father that he got for $350 on Black Friday and... Yeah unless I'm going to be AAA gaming these things are the way to go. Put Win10 iot LTSC on it and Office and a few other things he'll need and this thing is blazing fast an

Beelink SER5 USB-C Not Responding
You’re not the only one, some users have reported the USB-C port on the Beelink SER5 Mini PC being a bit inconsistent. Before sending it back, try a different USB-C cable, check USB power settings in Device Manager, or do a full power reset. If it still doesn’t respond, it may be a faulty port, and

Most reputable mini pcs?
Buying one of the Chinese minis, on Amazon at least, is like shopping in the Wild West. I know for both Geekom and Beelink, third-party sellers with "Official NameOfBrand" in their seller profile abound. And just by checking out the seller profile, you'd think they really were the factory's legit Am

Looking for a mini pc with dual channel ram
Beelink is a pretty well known Chinese mini pc brand. Beelink and Minisforum were considered the top two Chinese mini pc brands back in 2022 when I bought my mini pcs; Beelink SER4 (Ryzen 4700u) and Minisforum EliteMini TH50 (i5-11320h). Beelink has generally been able to maintain good quality contr

Good luck getting your Beelink replaced under warranty.
We stopped buying Beelink and switched to Minisforum and so far they have been great. Beelink PCs from the SER5/6 series have been holding up well. Only one failure in 40 purchased in the last 3 years.
