I have the Bigme B751Cs. I´ve have played live and correspondance by installing OGS as a webapp. it works well. I’d recommend Android e readers. Can use all the reading apps (note it’s the app version which is a bit different then on its own device). I’ve put down some options but not exclusive. You can ask this Reddit person for pointers. Bigme can apparently email you the newest Android 14 firmware with all new Bigme apps matching the b751CS, just no touch bar obviously. It worked for him. Not a bad update I'd say. *edit: or do you mean you have no windows PC?
