Camera Automations
For a low‑cost, reliable outdoor solution, the Blink Outdoor 4 Wireless HD Security Camera works well and is priced at about $99.99. It offers 1080p video, two‑year battery life, and integrates with Alexa, making it easy to add motion alerts to your existing automations without tangled wiring.

Homedepot is clearing out their Blink inventory. I picked up a few cameras on 50% off already.
If you're ok with buying refurbished you can get 2xBlink Outdoor 4 (4th gen)+Sync Module 2 on woot(owned by Amazon) for $30. I've purchased 4 Blink Outdoor cams from there in the past and they work fine.
