My sleep headphones might not won't work for you but I absolutely adore them. I use Bose QC45 over the ear headphones and adjusted my pillow to accommodate. My old dog gets up to pee at night and used to wake me up. Now I can't hear it. I should mention that I prefer my previous model of the QC45. T

I have Bose Quiet Comfort 45 and they have literally changed my life. Not sure how they compare to other things on the market, but they work for me in the office, on the train, and around the house.

Bose QuietComfort 45 is my favorite. They're comfortable because they have low clamping force. Great noise canceling. The audio quality is decent. If you prioritize audio quality, you probably will want a different brand, though. Personally, not getting a headache is more important to me.

I get this from most headphones and I'm not sure why. I now wear Bose Quietcomfort 45 for sound blocking (they are pretty comfortable but I will put a chunk of cloth between the top strap and my head if I start getting sore) and Logitech G733 for voice calls and games which has a cloth strap built i
