My sleep headphones might not won't work for you but I absolutely adore them. I use Bose QC45 over the ear headphones and adjusted my pillow to accommodate. Bose QuietComfort 45 is my favorite. They're comfortable because they have low clamping force. Great noise canceling. The audio quality is decent. If you prioritize audio quality, you probably will want a different brand, though. Personally, not getting a headache is more important to me.
