QuietComfort Earbuds

I've tried connecting to the PC and installing the updater app but the 3 blinking lights just wont go away. I have had this issue before but this time when I tried updating it, my page doesn't move beyond the one in the image attached. Any help is appreciated!

If they have the same noise cancellation and longer battery life… and more options in their app… how are the ultras ultra? And why do they cost £120 more?

Randomly disconnects; sometimes one of the buds work even though they stay on charger the same amount of time. Currently on a flight where only the right bud works.

Any general fixes for overall performance or the product just sucks?

Lost confidence in the brand.

The left earbud of my Bose Quietcomfort Earbuds (the ones that cost $300) is not producing any audio. However, it can still connect to devices via bluetooth and holding the device while in ear still allows modes to be cycled. The right earbud is working fine.
