For those asking about how the microphone voice call quality is on the new Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones (2nd Gen), check out my very comprehensive comparison review against Sony's latest WH-1000XM6 and against the Dell WL7024 Professional Headset and against the new Bose QC Ultra Earbuds (2nd

Momentum 4 looking like a pretty good deal right now
Bose QC Ultra Headphones 2nd Gen are my favorite of all of the premium wireless ANC headphones. Bass shelf can easily be reduced with the Bose app. But the masses will love this out of box tuning.

Bose quiet comfort ultra headphones vs AirPods Max
I own both, and have flown with both too. I think either is a good option, but I’d give the QCU a little advantage just in terms of storage and wearing around your neck when you need to take them off briefly for whatever reason, also they’re lighter. And with multipoint you can have them paired to b

Looking for Headphones with the Best Noise Cancelling (Work & Reading Focus)
Sony is largely considered the top tier noise canceling headphones, they also have ldac capabilities so you also get near lossless sound quality, but a lot of people find the frequency they use for anc to be rather uncomfortable. So it's a trade off. This is for widely available commercial grade hea

[rant] QC Ultra: Fire the guy who invented this hellish power button
Assuming you're talking about the Gen 1: Make sure you update the firmware in the app. I had similar issues with the power button, until a firmware update that "improved the power-on experience" or something to that effect. Yes the regular QC's slider switch is still more intuitive, abut the update

Kaufberatung

I tried the QC Ultra (Gen 2) in the mall today and compared them to my WH-1000XM5
Having purchased and tried the following: (returned most of them within the return period) Bose QC, QCU gen 1, currently trying out the gen 2 Sony XM4, XM5, XM6 Sonos Ace JBL Tour One M3 The XM6, edges out the QCU 1 and 2 with ANC. Better passive isolation, and can block voices better and plane nois

Earbuds based on what you need them for
I'm curious why Bose QC Ultras aren't mentioned as often as I remember. Is it because the software/connection/reliability is so bad and people are sick of it the last few years? I bought the QC IIs new 2 years ago, had issues after 4 months, they sent me new QC Ultras. Most issues fixed, but just un

eq settings on the bose qc ultra 2
-5, 0, -4 as recommended by Headphones.com (Professional Audiophile). To make it less V-shaped. https://www.reddit.com/r/bose/comments/1omdida/best_eq_for_bose_qc_ultra_2nd_gen_headphones/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=mweb3x&utm_name=mweb3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button

QC35 User. Should I get QC or QC Ultra (2nd Gen)?
went from qc35 to qc myself. wind noise is way better on both new models. eq in the app fixes the bass issue completely. if you don't care about looks or immersive audio, the regular Bose QC headphones are plenty. ultra 2nd gen has better comfort for long sessions but costs more. i'd save the cash a
