QuietComfort Ultra

In the 1st gen Ultra Headphones there were 12 microphones, now there are only 10.
For those who have already bought the 2nd generation, please test if these issues that people experienced with the first version are present or not:

1. Hiss from the noise cancellation – In a quiet room, when no music’

I tried replacement pads on Bose QuietComfort and they messed up the ANC causing a loud whistling noise from the microphone, so I’m extremely reluctant to do it on Bose QuietComfort Ultras.

I've bought my QC ultras (1.gen) at release and I constantly get complains from people that the background noises are really loud in calls, to the extent that they are louder than my own voice. I had similar peoblems with my 700s before and thought it is better with the qc ultras.
