The seat pad depth IS adjustable in the Branch Ergonomic chair. There is a sliding lever under the seat pan on the right side. Slide it outward and the seat will slide forward and back. I hope this make a good chair into a great chair for you! I agree that the features of the Branch Ergonomic Chair
