APEX 4

For that price, I'd buy a Suunto Race 2 or a Coros Apex 4. Not this thing

Coros watches offer impressive value for money. The Apex 4 can handle 100km easily. The battery life of the Coros watches is nuts considering their form factor.

I have switched from F955 to Apex 4 for many of the same reason you mentioned. Having no software update after 2-3y with garmin is crazy to me and for their low entry watch cost you can have a mid-high tier with coros. I personally sold everything I own from garmin, this company lost their way. Coro

Coros does a remarkable job of delivering us great products I'd say they do a remarkable job of creating great products... but the delivery of them could use some work. There have been a lot of folks waiting for the Apex 4 and Pace 4 to finally ship.

The Nomad is essentially an Apex 4 in a bulkier polycarbonate body with a normal glass screen. It's Coros's answer to the Garmin Instinct series, and has a lot more functionality as well (like maps!) that Garmin gates to their higher end devices.

I agree with the both of you. I don't think that every release has to be ground breaking or revolutionary. Pardon the pun but the Apex has reached its apex in terms of MIPS hardware design. It seems to me like a lot of complaints are from people looking for the latest and greatest gadget, but that is not what coros is about. The pace pro came out a year ago, of course this isn't going to have any drastic changes. The only thing I can understand being disappointed about is the flashligh

Flashlight> mic/ speaker way move valuable every day of the week coming from a person who has owned/ sold several Garmin's with flashlights. I was hoping the new Apex would be the one to get me to tip over to the Coros eco. How has both Amazfit and and Suunto beat Coros at this????????????? 100% not

Mira si eres de asfalto, estaría entre coros o Garmin yo te lo digo muy claro si no te importa no tener funciones Smart Watch, responder mensajes, responder llamadas poder pagar con el reloj vete a COROS, porque COROS es más barato y tiene un autonomía que Garmin no tiene de hecho el pace 4 le gana
