You don't have to get them all at once. You can slowly add more over time. But start with 1 or 2, whatever you can afford. My first unit was a Levoit Core 300. As others are saying...that's probably not going to do much. As they have no listed CFM anywhere (as if they forgot to check the CFM amount ?). A Levoit vital 200 is a great unit for a bedroom, although it might be 160 or 180. You could also do a Levoit Core 300 (90 bucks) + a mini-levoit (50 bucks) on nightstand. As small nightstand unit a good idea as it's close to where you breathe. But you also still want a decent unit in the room. Wini

I would look for Clean Air Delivery Rates (CADRs) of 200 CFM or greater for allergies. Coway is a higher quality brand. Alen offers a "lifetime" warranty on their purifiers so long as you meet certain conditions. I would normally recommend something like the Coway Airmega 250, but it's not on sale.
