It’s been real, and it’s been fun…
I've been comparing the P2 (Bambu) and the K2 (creality) series and noticing they're about the same speed for printing. There's a reason I call my K2 Plus "Spaceballs 2" XD It is absolutely absurd how fast these guys go, a print that used to take me all day on my Ender V3 SE, takes me only a few hou

Best mid tier 3D printer
Best general experience: Bambu Lab P1S/P2S, and A1 Close contenders: Creality K2, Elegoo Centauri Carbon, (and some others, but these are the common choices). Edit: updated Creality K1 to the K2

Upgrading after 5 years with an Ender 3 V2: Should I get the Ender 3 V3 SE or make the jump to Bambu Lab?
I started printing in February with an Ender 3 V3 SE. I was instantly hooked. I lasted about 3 weeks and I got a K2 pro combo. I absolutely love both machines. And a lot of people trash Creality, but I think they are great! Since you already know how Creality works and if you like the tunability, I'

I sent it to be 3D printed and the guy ruined it.
I don't know man, my creality K2 prints some crisp and clean lines, mostly do 3d2a stuff though. But then again for $1,200 It better

New to 3D Printing
Bambu A1 mini, the Creality Spark i7 is on sale for $259, the K2 SE on sale for $259, or the cheapest would be the Ender 3 V3 SE for under $200. I have the V3 SE and love it especially with how upgradable it is, from hotends to running Klipper etc. I also have the full sized A1 and it's a really goo

U1 manual bed leveling. Again
Ideally you want the variance under your usually layer height across the bed. My usually layer height is 0.2mm on 0.4mm nozzle. From your post I gather you already tried adjusting the knobs under your bed. That is a great place to start. But ultimately the aim with adjusting the knobs is to get the

3d printer enthusiasts of Perth. Seeking recommendations for 3d printing services in Perth for printing gpu shrouds. Alternatively recommend a place to learn to build/print myself.
I've also decided I wouldn't mind looking for a local printer farm coz I have a 3D printer and want a heap of one product that I could print, but it will just take forever. A farm with 20 printers, I'd only need like 4-6 hours of their time. For me, that would take months. But don't discount getting

Does a modified U1 still make sense for my use case?
Have you considered a Creality K2 Plus or K2 Pro? They are below your $1500 budget and are very capable printers.

Free Creality K1!
I’ve been fighting with a SparkX i7 for a while now trying to dial in the settings because of the same issue. At first, increasing the flow rate seems to be the fix I was looking for until today when I printed the same thing on my k2 pro. The weight on the item from the k2 pro was 42 grams and Creal

fully 3d printed, capable AND durable
I printed the locked diff and the fit is better but the pinions really are locked now, I absolutely cannot turn the shafts at all. Im printing with a creality k2 and the prints are great but it seems like shrinkage is an issue.
