This is how the fans are set up in the BIOS. So you can't change anything. Dell should fix it, but they won't do it. This is one of the reasons why I plan to replace my Dell Alienware 18 Area-51 with another laptop.

This is Dell's laziness. I had a Lenovo Legion 9. Lenovo's performance and cooling system are at the same level as the Dell Alienware 18 Area-51. But Lenovo's fans turn off when watching movies or YouTube, while Dell's doesn't.
