I NEVER said the 5 didn't use H.265; I said the Action 6 utilizes a more efficient encoder specifically for its 8K and High-Bitrate 4K pipelines. Also, the math on the sensor is just wrong. NEED SUGGESTIONS - WHICH CAMERA TO PURCHASE?
Honestly, Sony ZV-1 or something of that ilk may be a better choice. Nice and wide zoom lens, still has image stabilisation and 4k footage.
