I’m looking to buy a robot cleaner for my pool. Need recommendation.

I have a dolphin nautilus CC plus that I inherited from the previous home owner. We’ve had it 2 years without issues and I’m not sure how long the previous owner had it. It cleans great. Mine doesn’t do well climbing stairs but it also doesn’t get stuck, just not as good at cleaning them than the re

Do you use a robot pool vacuum?

I looked for... Reliable (doesn't break down as quickly) Repairable (parts are easily accessible) Corded (so it's suction is consistent and I can leave it in the pool for several days instead of having to take it out to recharge) Other features I wanted (but didn't get): 4. Mapping of pool (so then

The pool nerd

I’ve only had one pool bot, a dolphin nautilus supreme cc ($1500!!!). When it works, it works great! After a year and a half one of the sensors went wonky and I thought it was broken for 6 months. It keeps errorring with robot out of pool. I can finally get it to work again but I have to do a ritual

I am at a loss for a pool robot. Help.

Maytronics dolphin nautilus cc plus non WiFi. 6 years in, still good. Replaced cord 1x Foam rollers every 2 years. Tracks 1x New floats Now, you may think that’s a lot. It’s not. Not compared to others. 125$ for cord, rollers were 3 sets for 35$ off brand Amazon. Floats same.

Inground pool

I am on the second season with our pool. The heater is worth it. If you have solar, it's really worth it. I don't have solar so I just run the filter and heater overnight and it turns off before noon. The extra expense is worth it. Our previous pool was above ground with no heater and it was so cold

Best budget robot vacuum?

Best value would be Nautilus CC but if you're looking for something even cheaper I don't know if it would last. Dolphin sells parts for everything so even if something goes bad you can replace the part.

First-time pool owner- feeling overwhelmed about our vacuum options.

For your range the dolphin nautilus CC pro. I personally use the wave 80 which is a little outside your range, but it's a beast. Make sure you get the little cart too, those things are a pain to move and having the cart makes it way easier. I also HIGHLY recommend getting a safety hook, or some othe

Thinking about making the switch to a pool robot this season, worth it?

Manually vacuumed for years and gave away alot of swim time because of it. Get a robot and dont think twice. I’m going on my 3rd season with a Dolphin Nautilus CC and Im happy with it. By the extra fine filter and get the tote/ carrier @ cover for the extra $100 to keep it looking clean while sittin

Is a robot vacuum recommended for this pool size?

I dont think you need to make a decision now. I went 4 years without a pool vacuum, and only got one once I let go of my pool service company. Small pool as well, about 27ft long and peanut shaped with width at 12 feet at the widest and 8 feet at the narrowest, maybe 6 feet deep at the drain. If you

Is it smart to buy a pool robot before swim season actually starts?

I have a dolphin nautilus cc plus and love it. I know there are other reputable brands as well but I've never used them. Just avoid the cheap Amazon specials (my first robot died in 5 weeks and the company dodged my warranty claims) and also the battery powered units. My inlaws have an expensive bat
