It finally happened. after exactly the month and just a bit over 1000 square meters, it started leaking.
At one month in, that’s 100% warranty territory. Don’t open it, don’t try to “just check something.” Leaking on the Aqua 10 isn’t a settings issue. It’s hardware. I returned mine immediately within the 14-day return policy because, in my opinion, Dreame support was too slow. As soon as I received my money back, I reordered a new one. So, since November 22nd, I've had my new Matrix 10. I haven't updated it, so it's still on the pre-installed firmware 2445. So
