X40 Ultra

I'm with you 100%. I just sent back my second robo Rock. Curve 2 and Saros 20. Dreame ugh L40, then X40, they sent an x50 as an upgrade and apology since both were broken. The x50 was completely defective, it didn't even fill the vacuum with clean water. Waiting on my S2 to ship.

Similar experience here (also AU) - I has the X40 Ultra worked perfectly for 17 months and then just died entirely. Sent in for servicing got it back and it was "fixed" in that it would now turn on and the motors worked but other than that it was still useless as it couldn't even complete a mapping
