I just can't anymore, I think I'm done

Honestly you are probably missing something basic. Mars 4 is a pretty noob friendly system. I one time was trying to force failed print troubleshooting another printer and the dang little thing would just keep outputting prints in conditions that would have failed any other printer. Did you print th

Anycubic vs Elegoo for beginner printers?

I have a Mars 4 (same screen) that makes amazing prints. The 5 has the benefit of faster printing due to the tilting vat. I only own Elegoo printers so can't speak to anything else. I found the Mars 4 fairly easy to approach. It doesn't matter what brand you get, the basic principles of resin printi

What Resin printer to buy for minis?

I use elegoo mars 4. It does it job, it s a rather simple machine. It s also made in china, so expect some problems, and that a few parts (fep but also screen) are consumables that u have to change once in a while. You can get one for fairly cheap and l see very few reasons to buy a more expensive o

Is it worth to try resin printing as a complete layman??

Ignore much of what you see on reddit. The resin printing sub and declined to basiclly being a circlejerk and a large proportion of posters get there info from fear mongering YouTubers who make a living of telling you you will die if you don't buy a bunch of junk from their Amazon affiliate. There a

Printer upgrade from Halot One?

I’ve bounced between creality and elegoo. The debugging for parts not sticking for a halot lite grew tedious and kept me out for a bit. Now onto a S4U16. It’s a costly way to get good prints with minimal time fiddling. If I hadn’t been in the position to drop $500, I would have been looking at a mar

I want to start to print with resin.

You don't use water for cleansing, you use IPA. Once it's too murky to use you can just open its container outside and let it evaporate. Then cure and dispose of the leftover resin gunk. It's important to always cure resin before throwing it away. Or take it to a hazardous waste disposal facility. F

Noobie needs help with prints sticking to the film please/Mars 4 ultra

Resin printing on Elegoo Mars takes patience with supports and exposure times but the detail you get makes it worth the mess if you dial in your settings right.

Resin equivalent to Bambu Labs

Resin isn't press and play.Go with Elegoo or Phrozen printers.Stay away from auto leveling and tilt vats models - they can be a trip point.I'd recommend Saturn 3 Ultra or Mars 4 Ultra.Or a Phrozen Mighty 12k, or a Mini 8k.All of those have solid 4-point leveling.Do some research before getting in to

I want to get into 3D printing Miniatures but i don't know what printer to get.

If you are wanting to get into making miniatures you should start with the Elegoo Mars 4 Ultra, it really is a great machine. I would stick with Elegoo resins at the start as they have built in set ups. The issue with resin is they models still tend to be brittle and breakable unless you pay for the
