What is this flashing light on my neighbor's house for?
Might even be the non-POE version. If it's set to AI Empowerment, and they are using the Eufy Life app to trigger the 'security' lights between certain times at night, the AI would likely trip it up asking if every blade of grass is a person, and set off the alarm. I have several Eufy cam's with 2 H

Homebase 3 Slow to notify & only gives you a few seconds of footage? Try this.
I am on HB2 with cam2 and cam2c battery cams. I have played with the customized recording myself to try and minimize video clips cut short or capturing only the last second or two of the intended event. What I couldn't figure out is the 5-60s of "Intervals between triggers", it doesn't seem to work

Eufy had so much potential. Now I'm done.
Honestly, eufy is garbage for future proofing. If your someone into home lab and looking for home assistant, frigate, rtsp, eufy is not the way. I have eufy and reolink. I have around 10 eufy cams and one reolink. And i enjoy the battery cameras, they miss things but then again idk what they miss si

Is 15 fps worth the no monthly subscription?
Motion blur is not a function of fps, it's a function of the shutter speed on each shot. You can have a low fps camera that takes clear motion shots (though it seems eufy cams mostly don't)

Eufy, What kind of VooDoo Security system are you trying to sell?
Well, let me share MY experiences and then YOU can make your own decisions. I've been using Eufy for nearly four years (2022). Initially, I LOVED the system. However, this was my first deep-dive into an expensive security system, and it never occurred to me to actually test it's abilities. Even thou

Eufy S220 vs S330
Hello OP I have the EufyCam S330 which are the 4K bullet style cameras with built in solar panels. I have had them for about four years now and if I knew then what I know now I would not have bought them. While my current cameras work fine I had to exchange every one of them at least twice through E

Smart Detection/AI Not Working
I have one of my cameras set to people only, but it is detecting everything. This is annoying as it is part of my intrusion detection routine, so it shouldn't be firing every two minutes. I asked the support bot, but it kept asking me to check my AI settings. It requires a ladder to change the batte

My Eufy Cam Setup: 71 Days In – Here’s My Honest Review
Stay clear of all eufy products. I have three different cameras and all are in their app but all the camera features are different, even the two indoor cam. One has has features from something from the 1970s the other has a mic and speaker maybe but the cam does nothing and the app shows a telephone

Eufy is currently not a serious security product. Bugs and no fail safes.
Eufy Home Security is badly designed, not good if you want dependable, self managed security. The problem is that Eufy Security devices can be shut off due to tampering (unplugging), battery failure, or Internet failure, and you won't get a notification saying "device failure" so you can fix it or s
