Arriving at this Eufy/Homekit question/topic now - just received a Homebase 3 and 4x S3 Pro cameras and understand: (a) Cameras are natively Homekit but whilst my iCloud plan allows for unlimited Homekit Secure Video cameras, the Homebase limits this to 4 cameras (b) Native HKSV is restricted to 108

You are having red same issues with the eufy s3 pro? If so i might consider ring then. I already pay for ring for the security monitoring so would be free for me. I have home assistant running so would still show up in HomeKit i believe

The Eufy S3 Pro is a wireless battery powered camera, they rely on PIR sensors to detect, which is the worst kind of detection you can possibly have for a camera.
