First brew on my Moccamaster — coffee came out bitter and watery. Am I doing something wrong?
I’m pretty new to MM. I was using a fully automatic for espresso, lattes, etc and a nespresso for “plain old coffee”. I started with a bodum blade grinder that I had. Couple of weeks ago I got a fellow ode gen 2. HUGE difference in consistency of the grind. Now I think I’m not sure what I like in a

User reviews please for the Wilfa Zense grinder.

For a “one coffee a day” routine, what’s a decent setup?
A baratza or df54 will enhance your routine. I personally use a Fellow Ode Gen2, electric, which grinds 60gr for a liter in under 10 sec. Grinding is no longer an issue! About the question which brewer may suit your style better... I've been volunteering at the SCA brewers cup in the Netherlands for

Thoughts on the new Fellow Opus Gen 2?
Just bought the Fellow Ode Gen 2 upgrading from a Baratza Encore and it’s a night and day difference. Love the flat burr experience over the conical burr for pour over.
