Tried switching to Garmin.... it wasnt what I expected and I returned it

I actually did the opposite – I went from a fancy Garmin back to my old Fitbit because the calorie burn estimates felt way off. Garmin's metrics for training were cool, but the sleep tracking and calories never lined up with reality for me. Fitbit might be more basic but the numbers have been way mo

If you pre-ordered the Google Fitbit Air, what made you decide to? If you didn’t, what held you back?

I think everyone who was thinking of buying whoop and could not justify the price will buy Fitbit airi already preordered it . Also i think premium health service is included with Ai pro plan now

Question about Fitbit Air

It's probably not going to be a lot of difference. If you like having a screen, keep the Inspire 3. If you don't mind not having a screen, then the Fitbit Air would be fine. In my case, I have a Fitbit Inspire 3 I bought primarily for sleep tracking, only it turned out that it just isn't that comfor

You can export the data from your whoop in health connect on Android or health kit on iphone, and you'll see all your data in all the graphs Then you can export all the data (RAW if you only use one device at a time) in

How do I start working out?

First starts with committing. Don't do it from a point of motivation, as motivation fades. Just set time aside, like an hour ever other day and just do it. Even if you don't feel like it, just do it. Start with calisthenics, most are body weight exercises that have different variants that range from

Do fitbits really give accurate heart rates?

I recently had open heart surgery and use a Fitbit to track my RHR and exertion during exercise. During rehab, everyone in the class had to have a Fitbit/Garmin/other. I was seeing discrepancies between my Fitbit and the treadmill one day. Next class I wore my Garmin chest strap, my Fitbit charge 6,

Pain preventing workouts

I highly recommend you get a fitness tracker, like a fitbit, and wear it all the time. I have exactly the same issues as you do. Have been on hrt for roughly 6mo with very minimal results. It's been really frustrating to watch my body unable to do stuff that was super easy less than a year ago. I am
