Buying First Printer
I haven’t had any issues with the 5M pro’s software, I would recommend downloading OrcaFlashforge for the slicer since it is optimized, and the only thing that will get to be annoying is that it will constantly log you out of your account. The mobile and pc ui for the flash forge app sucks and is re

Does my printer's machine start print code explain why my startup takes almost 10 minutes?
FlashForge AD5M? Mine does that too. Started after an update a few months ago. It’s annoying as hell.

Should return my flash forge 5m pro and get the elegoo centari carbon?
I have the FlashForge AD5M and the Elegoo Centauri Carbon. I would buy the CC over the AD5M every single time. The bigger build volume is one, and the primary one, it matches the Bambulab X1C so a lot more prints are possible that are designed for that build volume, the other is that with the CC I h

Flash studio
The only access to the firmware updates for Flash Studio is currently through being added as an internal tester within the scope of the application. I received word after putting a feedback request in that my AD5M had been added to the list of internal testing devices and I was able to update my fir

Is there an easy way to take off supports?
I came from FlashForge AD5M to a P2S (still have 2 5Ms) and the supports all but fall off my P2S. I am so accustomed to fighting to remove supports, destroying prints because of supports, have rough surfaces because of supports. On the P2S, it just works.

3D Printer for Woodshop ....
I have both a P1S and a FlashForge AD5M Pro. Get the P1S. It’s a considerably better printing experience. I have found the Flashforge to be a bit of a pain in the ass to be honest. The software is just garbage unfortunately.

Same GCODE, same filaments, different AD5M
I battled my AD5M Pro for months with random issues like this seemingly unrelated to one another. Long and short of is you need to have dedicated nozzles for different temperature/types of filament. Well… that’s what I did at least and my problems very few and far between. I have a nozzle for PLA, P

Finally enclosed the AD5X
It's kinda meh! Whether that was the panel kit I got from AliExpress (it wasn't for sale via FlashForge at the time) or them all, I can't say, alhtough the overall dimensions were correct, hole accuracy wasn't. Hinges didn't align so neither did the door catch, and the hole for the IFS was also out,

Sadly I print on a Flash Forge AD5M Pro, but I do use orca slicer which IIRC is nearly the same as Bambu's?
