Spinn Support

I bought a Gaggia Brera and absolutely love it. Spinn had a great thing going and screwed it all up.

What can $999 get you in your respective hobby?

$500 will buy you a Gaggia Brera bean to cup espresso machine and it will be worth every penny. Use some Lavazza Super Crema whole beans and you’ll never need to go out for coffee again. We’ve had one for 7 years, make 4 shots of espresso daily and it still works perfectly.

Good espresso machine for beginners? [$1000]

My Gaggia Brera has been going strong for 3-4 years now. Really good coffee imo, but I only do espresso shots, never used it for milk. Maintenance is easy, just an occasional cleaning. I finally had to dig in and clean out the grinder and it was pretty simple (Im a lousy mechanic). Hope to get many

Bean to Cup?

Had a Gaggia Brera and was very happy with it. Used at least once daily for 4 years. Upgraded to a semi-automatic ultimately.

Spinn Alternative

We went with Gaggia Breras - we actually needed a 2nd spinn, and at that point, weren’t happy enough to get the 2nd one, and we got the first Brera. Then when our Spinn died and they were having trouble fulfilling other people’s service requests, we got another one. It’s a basic super auto. It does

What affordable coffee machine (for home usage) do you endorse?

I've got a Gaggia Brera, daily use for about 12 years now, not particularly well looked after and still going strong. Makes really good coffee, bean to cup.

Splurging into the espresso rabbit hole

Although I'd love having a Jura, now going 9 years with my Gaggia Brera which I got for $400 on sale. Nothing beats bean to cup. Nowadays I drink only one cup of water procssed decaf per day to satisfy my cardiologist, but that one button magic process turns my fav light roast Kona beans into a grea
