Help me decide!

The Pace 4 is ideal for triathlons, it has great tracking for all activities. If you really want to track indoor/outdoor climbing or bouldering then Garmin is your watch since it tracks those. I’d look at the Forerunner 265s or the newer Forerunner 570 since they’re smaller (also great for triathlon

Watch recommendations

The first question should be: do you want a sports watch that just tracks your activities, or do you want a smartwatch for calls/notifications etc that also tracks your activities? What battery life do you need? Apple Watches for example need to be charged every day. Most Garmin/Coros/Suunto sport w

Any advice please Garmin 570 42mm VS 265s

When people say "stop being updated" about Garmin watches, there is a slight misunderstanding Unlike an Apple Watch or an iPhone which receives a big OS update once a year that added new features, Garmin watches don't work like that If the watch is "current" i.e. the "new" model (like the 570 or 970

Struggling to pick a fitness watch – gone full circle (Apple vs COROS vs others)

I was about to pull the trigger on a coros pace 4 but it doesent has vo2 Max if I’m a cyclist. You just get half of the data if you aren’t a runner. Or maybe less than half. I have a Apple Watch and I don’t have ftp and a reliable vo2 max because you just get it walking or running, the only watch I

Upgrading to the AWU3 from AWU1 or swtich to Garmin series?

Garmin is more sports watch. If you have notifications turned off I would recommend you Garmin. Look for Forerunner 570 or 970 which are designed specifically for runners or Enduro which is designed for outdoor sports and battery optimization. Main reasons to Garmin switch: battery life physical but

New Amazfit Cheetah 2 Pro Leak Reveals Design and Price Jump

So... I take for granted that it will feature everything TR3pro has, that means same hardware and offline maps. If that's true, it's not an FR570 competitor, it will have a brighter screen, maps and most probably better battery life. It looks thick enough, so at least I can dream that it will have t

Apex 4 vs Pace 4 vs Garmin 570

I have the Pace 4 coming from a Forerunner 245. Imho the Pace 4 has everything you need. The GPS is just as accurate as the 570--my running buddy has the 570 and our watches beep within two seconds of each other every mile. I get 8 days of battery life with 1-2hrs of GPS activity per day (and some d

What’s the most accurate watch for pace and distance? I don’t care about heart rate and other health stuff.

It really doesn't matter much in terms of accuracy, they are all more than good enough. But the best tech is in watches that use multiband GPS like the Garmin 965/970/265/570.

Looking for running watch recommendations

The Garmin Forerunner series is really good, especially when it comes to battery life. If you’re looking for a high end watch with a bunch of features, the 965 and 970 are nice options. The 165 is a nice budget friendly option, but I would recommend getting the 255 even though it’s an older model, s
