With Forerunners, is everything there I need as a runner?
Short answer is yes. It is not just hype, there is a reason why Garmin dominates the running watch market. Higher number in the series means more features and better materials. The ones ending in x70 is the newest gen, x65 is the predecessor etc. Best value for money is probably the 265 or 255 at th

Watch recommendations
The first question should be: do you want a sports watch that just tracks your activities, or do you want a smartwatch for calls/notifications etc that also tracks your activities? What battery life do you need? Apple Watches for example need to be charged every day. Most Garmin/Coros/Suunto sport w

Switch from Suunto
We’ve all switched because of the high prices charged by the competition. I’d been with Apple from the Series 3 through the Series 7, then moved to the Garmin 265. I was thinking of getting the 570, but I found the Balance 2, it’s cheaper and comes with maps. It’s awesome ! I don’t regret it at all

Any advice please Garmin 570 42mm VS 265s
When people say "stop being updated" about Garmin watches, there is a slight misunderstanding Unlike an Apple Watch or an iPhone which receives a big OS update once a year that added new features, Garmin watches don't work like that If the watch is "current" i.e. the "new" model (like the 570 or 970

Garmin watch
Another vote for the forerunner 570 watch. I have both bike computer (Garmin edge explore) and the forerunner 570 watch. Watch provides bike features plus all the other stuff workout tracking, health tracking sleep scores, phone sync for notifications etc. Depending on your price point the forerunne

COROS > Garmin
Honestly, it’s price lol. I love both Garmin and Coros, they have both handled everything I could throw at them and then some, so I have nothing really bad to say on either….i just was able to do it for $200 cheaper on the Coros with a Pace Pro over a 570. I will say if I had to pick any other point

New Amazfit Cheetah 2 Pro Leak Reveals Design and Price Jump
So... I take for granted that it will feature everything TR3pro has, that means same hardware and offline maps. If that's true, it's not an FR570 competitor, it will have a brighter screen, maps and most probably better battery life. It looks thick enough, so at least I can dream that it will have t

Thinking about switching from Garmin Forerunner 265 back to Coros Pace 3 — anyone done this?
I did this exact switch 4 months ago and below my input: • Did you regret it? NO. I'm happy to go back to COROS Pace 3 after trying lot of watches (GARMIN 255, 265, 955, Fenix 7 Pro; AMAZFIT Active 2; SUUNTO Run). There's features missing YES from Garmins but those are extra features. But overall, C

Garmin or coros
Coros is exceptionally good compared with Garmin’s lower end; the newly released 70, 170 etc. The Pace is unbelievably good value for what it is — plus it offers Triathlon at that price point, which Garmin doesn’t. Where the paradigm shifts is up in the middle value section; where you’re at. The 570
