TQS made a video about the coros pace 4 and I’m bummed
To be honest, I’ve used pace 4 and garmin venu 4 together while running/ walking and HR was exactly the same. Battery life is the best on pace 4 and the app is super clear. So I can’t complain about pace 4

What time do you take your tamoxifen?
Okay so I was taking it before bed because I saw a lot of people here recommended it. I got a Garmin Venu 4 and tracked my health metrics and although I was sleeping my body wasn’t getting rest it was actually pretty metabolically active at night. I kept popping my sleeping data into AI and it recom

Disappointed in Pixel Watch and especially in Fitbit.
Simple. Return it, this is not the watch for you. I do believe the Garmin line is what you are looking for. Perhaps the Venu 4. Fitbit and the P4 are cursory stats, good for simple tracking. The watch is great for notifications like email, text etc. and simple step counts, swimming distance and HR s

do you wear a wellness/fitness tracker?
I have the Garmin Venu4 and it's been incredibly accurate and helpful for me. Now I know what happens physically when I feel like crap after 12h of sleep (sleeping in fight or flight does not rest and now I see it!!). I can budget energy to ensure I do not crash out using the body battery function.

Going to PW4 from Garmin Venu 2
I just switched from PW4 to Garmin venu 4. The golf app on the venu is better than 18 birdies or the grint on PW 4 You'll need to charge it nightly The heart rate monitor is pretty good and so is the sleep tracking. The new fitbit app with ai integration is neat if you pay for premium or get it for

Use of Devices to Monitor
I have a Garmin Venu 4 sports watch which has an ECG app. I used the app - mainly out of curiosity - when I was experiencing a bout of palpitations a few months back and it came back saying the reading showed AFib. Slightly shocked, I made the trip to ER where their own ECG confirmed that I was in A

Which third-party smartwatch is best with Bevel?
Garmin Venu 4 is a solid choice, I wear one. I'm wearing an Oura Ring also but probably not permanently. Garmin and Oura are the only devices that have API's that can pass HRV and temperature.

Device to monitor HR
I love my Garmin Venu 4. But before I owned that, I wore a Bluetooth HR armband (originally bought to connect to my stationary bike pre diagnosis) connected to TachyMon app on iPhone. Paid for the annual subscription. Many report export options. I still wear it most days along with my watch because

Need smartwatch advice as an iPhone user
I went through this rabbithole a few months ago. I also hate the apple watch screen and own an Iphone. It kinda depends if you care for battery life aswell cause moet smartwatches from mobile phone companies only have like a 2-3 day lifespan. I think basically the notable brands are: Eu: polar, suun

Health tracking devices e.g. venu4 garnim
I feel the same. My Garmin Venu Sq was a good early warning my heart rate was high (it recorded 160bpm when I was standing when I had my PE) but my pulse oximeter wasn't accurate for me. I've also never had the watch tell me if my HR was high or low even when it was
