I don't think you can go wrong with either of those choices. I think you can pretty much condense the question down to whether you want a gimmicky screen or not. Since your GMMK didn't hold up too long, I'd rather omit the screen and go for the more robust Q6, TBH. Can't break what isn't there. HE i

Buying new keyboard
GMMK is kind of overpriced and mediocre, not even QMK (by default, there is third party QMK firmware for some models but dang). 75% with knob: Monsgeek M1 v5 * ($80 barebones) Akko 5075B VIA * ($60 barebones) Royal Kludge RK R75 QMK/VIA * ($51 with coupon) Womier Q75 ($59) Womier Era75 ($63) Yunzii AL

Glorious GMMK 2 full size barebone
Not a very good buy at all, what's your budget? GMMK materials are not very well produced and the stabilizers suck, plus the firmware is pretty unreliable compared to qmk/via

I personally own a Keychron Q2 which I've had for several years now (my wife uses it with her PC now) and it hasn't had any issues at all. I don't have personal experience with their other models and I'm just one person out of many but you'll have to decide whether or not it's worth it for you. I've

monsgeek m1 v5 vs gmmk 2
Glorious is a "gamerbro" company and charge way over the line for what you get. The Monsgeek M1 v5 VIA is kind of "best in class" for a consumer 75% aluminum board. I would unconditionally pick that over a GMMK anything.

Anyone have good 75% board recs? Bought a GMMK pro years ago (big mistake, I was young and naive 😭) and the PCB bricked within a few months of use. Went back to my low-quality prebuilt afterwards and I have finally gotten sick of it again. Unfortunately, its been a good bit since I've been into cust

Buying/building advice I have a 12 year old K95 rgb with MX BROWNS that I was on a wait-list to get ages ago. It's starting to show its age with keys starting to not respond occasionally and LEDs starting to die. I'm looking for FULL SIZE keyboards only with ideally at least a few macro keys. Ideall

Looking for a full size keyboard for gaming and work for around $200.
i was so sad about my keychron q6. after 3 months of heavy use many of the keys did not work at all or just horribly unreliable. i’m back on my cheap little RK96 until my GMMK comes in

/r/MechKeyboards Ask ANY Keyboard related question
Hi all! I was looking on building a new keyboard. All these years with my GMMK Pro (Yes yes I know people hate that keyboard, but I was a noob in high school on the hype train!) and it’s finally passed its service life. Formerly, I was really big in the frankenswitch community like 4 years ago befor

Looking to buy/build a new keyboard but I have a couple of questions: What are some good (optionally barebones) full size / 100% keyboards, OEM or Cherry caps if they are included. Preferably wired or the option to be wired. Not crazy expensive. I used to own a gmmk full size, it's probably not goin
