Skip forward pausing playback after skipping forward using Bluetooth

For the last week or so I've noticed this strange and annoying behaviour. As the subject line says, when I skip forward using some Bluetooth devices, Pocketcasts skips forwards but the playback is paused, requiring me to resume playback.

I say "some" devices because I've observed this with my car h

I am really disappointed in the buds 2 pro.

I was considering the pro buds 2, but had issues with my OG Pixel Buds Pro: the left bud randomly stays connected despite returning the buds to the charging case. Sometimes that same left bud doesn't seat well enough to charge inside the charging case. I had issues with beeping during playback due t

Pixel Buds Pro 2 Double Tap in PocketCasts also pauses podcast. Don't have this issue with other headphones.

Here's my setup:

  • A Pixel 8, running ~latest version of Android
  • Google Pixel Buds Pro 2s, on the latest firmware (release_3.144)
  • The app PocketCasts, Version 7.81
    • Within PocketCasts, under Settings > Headphone controls, "next action" is mapped to "skip forward", which appears to be the defaul

I have to keep Bluetooth on my pixel tablet off or it persistently and randomly broadcasts over my pixel buds pro two , they aren't even paired with it anymore and still periodically as I'm wandering around the house with my buds in , paired to my phone .. whatever is running on my tablet ( in hub m

Pixel Buds Pro 2 are complete trash

mine don't disconnect as often as they did earlier with last update and audio quality is usable now but compared to what you got for original Pixel Buds Pro, they're trash.

Since this sub is drowning in $400 coupons

All the basics work even noise cancellation and Gemini. But in order to track them you will have to register them with an apple account first and either use iCloud on the Web or another Apple device that has your account. You won't get a battery indicator or be able to change the assignment of the b

Pros no longer connecting

I'm surprised yours are still working. I got that dreaded bug, that many PBP users experienced, that stopped my original Pros from working. It was a widespread issue that Google refused to fix or reimburse folks. It made me second guess ever buying anymore PBPs.

Bluetooth Earbud, Audio Cracking/Hanging

Like it says on the tin. Audio when it's coming out of my computer speakers is fine, 0 issues. But as soon as I connect my bluetooth earbud (Google Pixel Buds Pro), the audio just falls to pieces. Crackling, stuttering, and dialogue weirdly hangs or loops during gameplay.

Has anyone encountered th

P1 + Pixel Buds Pro: BlueCatch mic not working after all troubleshooting (Firmware v1.2.18)

Hello everyone,

Seeking assistance with a problem with my new HiDock P1 and my Google Pixel Buds Pro. When I connect the earbuds via BlueCatch, the P1 consistently uses its built-in microphone for input instead of the one on my earbuds. This issue persists despite extensive troubleshooting, includi

Wireless Earbuds for android emulation?

Moon Drop Space Traveler. Affordable with a low latency mod. I got the first gen and love them. Got the second gen as soon as they came out. I still use both. Upgraded from my Pixel Buds Pro. They sound better, and everything else is better except multi point is only on the gen 2 and it's a bit clun
