I know the advice is leave your gear behind but..i wanted to take photos/videos. So, what equipment you brought with you to take photos, especially self-photos.
I'm not the best at answering this but I recently got the GoPro hero 11 and I love it super small and takes very good videos

What are your goals for the camera? If you just want something to document anything for insurance purposes get a dash camera that you mount to the bike. I like the ones made by Innovv. If you want to capture the good parts of your rides you’re in luck as all the current to couple year old action cam

best action camcorder for beginner who wants stable footage while moving?
Depends on what you want to film and the conditions. Personally I’d say GoPro 11, 12 or 13. I have the 11 and never upgraded since I’m happy with it and the upgrades haven’t been enough for me to get a 12/13. I have a DJI Action 5 Pro and…..I freaking hate it.
