What chair do you have? I bought a Herman Miller Mirra 2 Butterfly once and had to return it because I didn't adapt to it.

Check out the Titan Evo XL Lots of folks say it’s good, but see if the lumbar support fits your height before you buy. Update: Yes, they bought the wrong one. Today I'm at the office and my office Mirra does not have the adjustable front lip. My used and much repaired chair at home is actually better than the one at the office. Update: I prowled the office and there are a few (I guess) newer chairs with the adjustab
