990 pro x or 900 pro x for gaming?
Usually the decision is stuck between getting an open back or a closed back headphone. I play CS2 and coming from a HyperX Cloud II, the 900 is better in almost everything. It’s not like discovering a new god, but it made me realize how much better (or fitting) to use an open back for competitive fp

HyperX Cloud II is overrated.
Honestly same here just bought hyper x cloud 2 few days ago but now i am already on process of refunding it. My expectations were just shattered when i heard the sound in game i often play PUBG PC and footstep is major part of hearing. The 7.1 is useless. The mic is awfully terrible never thought of

[Tech Support] - Understanding Audio Types / Headphones
what you like is pure stereo without any virtual surround processing. cloud ii has a usb sound card that forces 7.1 vss, which makes audio sound distant. for wireless, look at HyperX Cloud Stinger Core Wireless - same sound signature. also SteelSeries Arctis 1 Wireless but make sure to turn off any

[LFH][PC][50€-100€] need help finding a good fps headset
for large head and glasses, stay away from razer, they run narrow. at 50-100€, look at HyperX Cloud Stinger Core - it's around 50€, super flexible, and the padding doesn't crush glasses. also Corsair HS35 is solid for fps, good soundstage for valorant footsteps. avoid the hyperx cloud ii, it's tight

Wtf, are hyperx cloud 2 known for shit quality? Used for one month
From my experience JBL and Razer headphone were the best for gaming . The hyper x is so trash. You can't then hear the enemy coming at any direction. I hope the company died for selling 200$ and shitty audio. I had to endure this for 2 years. Until I got my razer headphone back. Hyper X should stop
