Hi, I have a insta360 x4 Air, a MacBook Pro 13” 2015 with last Os version available, l’intérêt 12.7.6 like you, and an IPhone 14 with IOS 18.4. Just installed the Insta360 studio, not the latest version cuz it was only for mac M1 or later, an oldest vesion which is available on the official website:
