I'm in the same boat. Been well over 3 weeks for me. Open ticket, kept telling me give them 48hrs. I check back and in 48 hrs, the said ticket closed casue I didn't respond back. I never got any email from them. They reopen and I go throug that same pattern. They told me lvl2 handles it but nothing

It's a huge bummer because this is the only reason I use IPVanish and they just pulled the plug without letting us know anything and 4 weeks is super excessive with that amount of downtime.

SOCKS5 hasn't been working for me for the past 4 weeks. I know for a fact its not my settings and I actually bought another SOCKS5 proxy and that works flawlessly. This is pretty much all I use IPVanish for nowadays so it's a bummer its not working. Hopefully you guys get this fixed ASAP.

Yeah, I have been looking at it too. I am irritated by IPVanish, We are paying for the service, and it isn't being provided, they should be refunding their entire user base!

I picked up TorGuard Premium Proxy. They are running a 60% off ongoing sale, and it works really well, and isn't blocked. I picked up a year. I give up IPVanish is just not serious about their proxies.

I would be very careful with IPVanish. The longer the commitment, the more money you lose when they get blocked. My ISP blocked their domain. I had diagnosed it myself but still put in a ticket with IPVanish tech support. They stepped me through the testing and verified that they were being blocked.

(Windows) I had the same issue. So I upgraded to a newer version. Unfortunately, the newer version's program crashes randomly. Not sure what is going on with their program right now, but it isn't good. Edit: After typing that, I decided to do a complete reinstall again. Now it's back to the login is

tried ipvanish last month and it disconnected during a important zoom call with my boss... she definitely saw my actual location popup.. the speeds were good when it worked but those random disconnects killed me
