After updating Windows to the latest version 24H2, my JBL Tune 770NC headphones (with Bluetooth LE Audio technology) started connecting oddly — it shows as "Headphones (JBL TUNE770NC)" under audio, but the microphone (hands-free profile) never appears.

I’m from Hyderabad. My JBL Tune 770NC over-ear headphones broke, the left ear hinge/yoke is loose and now the cup is literally hanging by the wire. Not even a month of usage, and it snapped. JBL is saying no warranty/replacement since it’s “physical damage.” Honestly, broke my heart.
