For small ears, Jlabs Jbuds Mini are amazing. They're the only earbuds that fit me, and also stay in well during pole practise

I’d probably go with the jlab jbuds mini, which are really small (the case is around 2cm if you throw away the ring), and that allow you to use one or both earbuds as you wish
