I use my LSX II LT over USB-C on my PC and Spotify Connect on my work laptop and never had any issues. I literally opened the KEF app once and haven’t touched it since. For me the sound is incredible, can't appreciate the high fidelity enough.

LS50. The LSX II really is a desktop/bedroom/small room speaker. There's a reason the LSXs are the only KEFs with USB. Besides, as you note, you can always add a sub to the 50s later, with the LSXs, you'll be forever limited by them. And this from someone who has the LSX IIs and no LS50s. They work
